A few things worth knowing.
We read everything. Kate reads every inquiry directly. No one filters your message before it reaches her.
No pressure, no pitch. The consultation is a real conversation. We want to make sure we are the right fit for each other as much as you do. If we are not, we will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.
Check your date first if you want. The availability calendar is live at gsquaredweddings.com/wedding-availability – but it is not required. Just reach out and we will check for you.
Short notice is welcome. We sometimes have dates available closer in than couples expect. Do not assume your date is gone before you ask.
Payment plans and Afterpay are available. If you are close on budget, say so. We would rather figure it out than lose you to a spreadsheet.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SEND
Here’s exactly what happens next.
You fill out the form and hit send. Kate reads it – usually the same day. She writes back like a human being, answers any immediate questions, and if your date is available, suggests a Zoom or phone consultation so we can actually meet.
The consultation is a conversation. No slideshow. No pricing pitch. Just us getting to know your day, your people, and whether we are the right fit. Most couples know pretty quickly. We do too.
If it feels right on both sides, we send a contract and invoice for a retainer to hold your date. After that you are in. Access to the Wedding Planning Concierge Portal, Kate in your corner from that moment forward, and the knowledge that two people who have photographed 640 weddings – through broken feet, torn knees, 18 wasp stings, grief, and chronic migraines – will show up for yours.
We will be there unless we are dead. We mean that literally.
The wedding isn’t the end. It’s just how we meet.
