Rosario Beach sits inside Deception Pass State Park on Fidalgo Island, and it has been the setting for a lot of the engagement sessions I’ve photographed. Below are real Rosario Beach sessions across different seasons and light, so you can see what your own session could look like. This is one of my absolute favorite locations because of the varied backgrounds: trees, beach, grass, rocks, water. It doesn’t get much better than this.

This location does require a Discover Pass, but bonus – it has a fairly clean restroom you can change clothes in.

Another note: this is a location that is beautiful and accessible all year round. We will want to keep an eye on tide levels and fog/visibility before the session as those things would impact the session negatively, and we’d want to reschedule.
